The Story
Teresa Lebante has been helping business owners streamline operations, organize customer relationships, automate workflows, and connect digital systems — combining dependable human support with the power of technology.
Ascend grew from a team of college classmates who built a thesis project together into a multidisciplinary IT team delivering modern websites, software systems, data analytics solutions, automation, and virtual assistance.
We combined our strengths so clients get the best of both: hands-on executive and operations support plus technical build capacity — with clear, transparent attribution for every contributor.
Our Values
Transparency
Every contributor is credited. Work stays properly attributed to its owner.
Human-Led
Technology supports people — never the other way around. Human judgment always has the final say.
One Team
Teresa leads as Project Lead; the Ascend team supports. Unified capabilities, proper attribution.
